Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the lot and in the showroom
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and history reports
• Guide customers through Car
• Max's no-haggle sales process
• Collaborate with financing and appraisal teams to complete sales
• Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and follow-ups
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain product knowledge of inventory and market trends
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
