Sonesta International Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Support daily sales and marketing operations including administrative coordination, client communication, reporting, and event support;
Assist with business transient, group, catering, and corporate sales activities including proposals, contracts, site tours, and lead management;
Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, social media support, email marketing, and hotel collateral updates;
Maintain CRM systems, account records, sales activity tracking, pipeline updates, and revenue reporting;
Support planning and execution of hotel events, networking opportunities, client meetings, trade shows, and community partnerships
