Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, guests, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with mall management and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, back-of-house corridors, loading docks, and exterior perimeters; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor entrances, fitting room areas, and high-traffic zones for unusual activity and potential policy violations, helping to deter theft and/or disruptive behavior;
Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and client representatives
