Residential retrofit / changeout installations
Pay Range$38.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and union card
ScheduleMonday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | occasional overtime
What You Will Be Doing:- Perform residential HVAC system replacements and retrofit installations in existing homes
- Install and configure a variety of heating and cooling equipment, including gas furnaces, electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
- Modify, replace, and install ductwork to ensure proper airflow and system efficiency
- Conduct system testing, airflow verification, and balancing to optimize performance
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues to ensure equipment operates correctly and meets manufacturer specifications
- Educate homeowners on system features, operation, maintenance requirements, and answer any questions regarding their newly installed HVAC equipment
