Position Overview

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America. We are seeking self‑motivated Entry‑Level Apprentice Installers who want to become a part of an elite team and start a hands‑on career in HVAC installation. The role involves working with furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work under the guidance of lead installers.

Job Location:

Bedford Park, IL 60638.Salary Range: $16.60 – $30.00 hourly.

• Tier 1:
  Initial Training Phase (2‑4 weeks) – $16.20/hour while learning the basics.
• Tier 2:
  Field Training Phase – Performance based pay, averaging $16.20–$25/hour, based on productivity and skill development.
• Tier 3:
  Entry‑Level Installer – Upon completing training, choose between:
  • Hourly Pay: $20/hour
  • Performance‑Based Pay: $16.20–$30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.

• Every Sunday off, with a Sunday shift required every 20 weeks.
• Five‑day work weeks with alternating weekend off.
• One job per day to reduce strenuous hours.
• Unlimited earning potential.

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, etc.).
• Assist the lead installer.
• Perform basic repairs.
• Participate in training at the Four Seasons facility.
• Complete other job duties as assigned.

• Acceptable driving record preferred.
• Any type of EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Must be available for long hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Climb ladders or crawl in attics/crawl spaces.
• Lift at least 50 lbs. multiple times within a shift.
• Alternate sitting, standing, kneeling, or crawling as needed.

The work environment will vary from driving in the company‑issued vehicle to performing periodic trips to customer residences, where temperatures, space, and comfort levels may differ.
