As a
React Frontend Developer you are responsible for building fast, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces that enable seamless customer service interactions. You will work with modern technologies such as React, Redux, Tailwind, and Socket.

IO to create dynamic frontend features that update instantly and reliably.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• You collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex workflows into elegant user experiences.
• You will ensure that real-time data streams, customer interactions, and operator tools are visually clear, efficient to use, and optimized for high performance — even under heavy load.
• Your work directly impacts how customers and support agents communicate in time-critical situations. This includes designing modular UI components, improving frontend performance, ensuring design consistency, and maintaining a high level of usability and visual detail.
• By combining technical expertise with a strong product mindset, you help shape a reliable and delightful user experience for thousands of end users.

  Years of Experience as a React Frontend Developer
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of delivering frontend applications used by thousands of end users.
• Strong passion for design details and delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Strong proficiency in working with REST-APIs and JSON Data Structures
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, functional components)
• State management experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit
• Real-time communication using Socket.

• Styling with Tailwind CSS and strong knowledge in JavaScript and CSS / SCSS
• Familiarity with component-driven development and reusable UI patterns
• Experience building real-time or event-driven applications (preferably customer service–related)
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and Testing (especially Git Lab CI)

• Experience in Containerization such as Docker / Docker Swarm / Kubernetes
• Experience with Backend Technologies such as Kafka, No-SQL Databases, Redis, Linux
