• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced experience with C# and .NET technologies
• Strong front-end development experience with React
• Experience with Git source control and collaborative development processes
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Microsoft Azure or AWS experience
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• SQL Server development, optimization, and performance tuning
• RESTful API design and development
• Event-driven architectures and distributed systems experience
• Experience with Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI development tools
• Legacy modernization and application migration experience
• Automated testing and quality engineering experience

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software applications
• Lead implementation efforts for complex business initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in architectural planning and technical design sessions
• Review code and mentor junior developers
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery speed
• Validate AI-generated code for security, maintainability, and performance
