Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules by communicating with clients via phone and email;
Plan and adjust delivery routes to ensure shipments arrive on time and at the correct destination;
Assign drivers to routes and monitor daily transportation activities;
Enter and manage dispatch orders within the Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring accuracy and completion status;
Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, including routes, timing, and special handling requirements
