** ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Performing daily maintenance checks
* Completing repairs within scope of experience/skill
* Following up on maintenance requests
* Participating in seasonal annual opening and closing procedures
* Booking and coordinating contractors
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*** Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
* Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated - Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision
* Previous plumbing, electrical, building and carpentry experience preferred - Class 5 driver’s license (unrestricted), required
* Standard First Aid Certification, required (or willing to obtain prior to beginning work)
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and capable of manual duties, required
* Proven ability to complete minor building repairs to proper building standards/codes
* Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
* Dependable, self-motivated and fully capable of working autonomously
* Employee and public relations skills and a friendly/cooperative nature
* Must enjoy working outdoors, even in challenging mountain weather conditions
* Internally motivated with a consistently high level of energy
* Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks needing attention
* High attention to detail
* Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment
* Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
* Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standard

The starting wage for this role $24.00/hour.
