What You'll Do:

• Maintain facility grounds through mowing, trimming, debris removal, and seasonal landscaping
• Respond to weather events with snow/ice removal to ensure safe access for customers and staff
• Prepare storage units for turnover, meeting company cleanliness and readiness standards
• Conduct routine facility checks to identify and address maintenance or safety issues
• Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment for landscaping and light repairs
• Perform interior cleaning, including carpet care and common area upkeep
• Complete minor repairs, replace lighting, and support general building maintenance
• Log maintenance activities and report key issues to site leadershi
• Uphold Storage Mart’s “Easy, Clean, Service” standards in all task
• Work independently while coordinating with on‑site and regional teams

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior maintenance, custodial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Able to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
• Comfortable using power tools and basic maintenance equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
