Job Description
Hours:
Part-time 16‑24 hours, including weekends. Must have open availability to work day/night shifts.
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Part‑time Customer Service Attendant to support daily operations across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond to support team‑ and operational needs.
A fast‑paced environment requires the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity.
Workdays:
Daytime availability preferred including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning.
Shift: 6 am‑2 pm and/or 2 pm‑11 pm.
Part‑time hours – 16 to 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation (sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish floors and surfaces).
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and meet hygiene standards.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
- Work independently and stay productive during downtime.
- Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Windows.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous call center experience helpful.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record preferred.
