About the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility in Misssouri seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a rotating night shift.
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a 24/7 plant supporting molding, plating, paint, and assembly operations. The facility is preparing for additional growth, including new business and the installation of several large‑tonnage presses over the next 6–8 months.
This is a strong fit for a maintenance leader who enjoys troubleshooting, developing technicians, building accountability, and helping a team move toward a stronger multi‑craft maintenance structure.
What You’ll DoYou’ll lead night shift maintenance activity across the plant while supporting uptime, PM execution, troubleshooting, and technician development.

- Use CMMS systems to track and improve maintenance execution
- Help develop technician skillsets in a tight skilled‑trades market

You bring a strong diagnostic mindset and know how to walk through problems with structure. You are comfortable reviewing schematics, asking the right questions, and helping technicians improve their approach. You would do well here if you are steady, accountable, and ready to help build stronger follow‑up and maintenance discipline on night shift.
Preferred Experience & Attributes- Strong hydraulic troubleshooting experience
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic circuits
- Root cause analysis experience

The right supervisor will help strengthen night shift performance while supporting future plant growth. For someone who enjoys solving problems, leading from the floor, and building a stronger team, this is a role where your impact will be noticed quickly.
