Reliability CMMS Specialist

About The Job

The Reliability CMMS Specialist serves as the CMMS subject matter expert driving maintenance planning excellence and data-driven decision-making across all MLC locations.

Responsibilities
  • Champion CMMS execution, adoption, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Standardize maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting practices across all sites
  • Partner with maintenance teams, planners, and leadership to drive asset management best practices
  • Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Train, mentor, and support maintenance planners and clerks on best practices and system usage
  • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance CMMS functionality and performance
  • Support inventory optimization efforts with Maintenance and Procurement teams
  • Conduct audits and provide insights to ensure consistent process execution across locations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Hands‑on experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or technical certification
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and asset management practices
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and training/presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
