Looking for a fun, entry-level job where you can work with a great team and make a real difference? The Rehabilitation Center of Independence, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to quality senior care, is hiring Dishwashers / Kitchen Aides to join our friendly dietary team.

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using a commercial dishwasher

• Keep the kitchen and dish area clean, organized, and safe

• Dispose of trash and recycling properly

• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors and surfaces

• Assist with basic food prep or meal tray assembly when needed

• Follow all food safety and infection control protocols

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)

• No experience necessary – we will train the right candidate!

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
