As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will help lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Supervise Housekeeping & Laundry Staff:
  Coordinate daily activities and support team members in completing assigned responsibilities.
• Oversee Cleaning Operations:
  Help ensure housekeeping schedules are followed and assigned areas are maintained in a sanitary, safe, and orderly condition.
• Maintain Facility Cleanliness:
  Perform and oversee cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, activity rooms, therapy areas, hallways, entrances, lounges, utility areas, and other facility spaces.
• Support Laundry Operations:
  Help ensure laundry responsibilities are completed efficiently and in accordance with facility standards.
• Monitor Cleaning Standards:
  Promote consistent housekeeping and sanitation practices throughout the building.
• Respond to Cleaning Needs:
  Assist with emergency housekeeping situations and address cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Collaborate With Facility Leadership:
  Work with the Administrator and other departments to ensure the needs of residents are met.
• Promote Resident Comfort:
  Help create a warm, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and visitors.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:
  Adhere to facility policies, employee procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, environmental services, custodial services, or commercial cleaning.
• Experience supervising or leading housekeeping or laundry staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and laundry procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff and facility leadership.
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and established facility policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a commercial housekeeping or cleaning environment preferred.
