A Quality Facility Services is looking for a hands-on Floor Care Supervisor to lead our specialty services team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality results, enjoys mentoring others, and isn't afraid to work alongside their team to get the job done.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise specialty services crews on nightly assignments
• Perform and oversee floor care services including:
  • Stripping and waxing
  • Buffing and burnishing
  • Carpet cleaning and extraction
  • Deep floor restoration projects
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and mentor team members on equipment and best practices
• Maintain floor care equipment and supplies
• Ensure all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines are followed
• Communicate professionally with clients and address concerns when needed
• Work side-by-side with your team to complete projects successfully

What We're Looking For

Required

• Professional floor care experience
• Experience operating floor care equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

Preferred

• Previous supervisor, lead, or crew leader experience
• Knowledge of floor finishing, restoration, and carpet care techniques
• Experience training and developing team members

Schedule

Monday-Friday
5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
