What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Repairing production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging, grinding, and stacking machinery. Assisting with the installation of new machinery and performing light steel fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed. Conducting inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance. Diagnosing malfunctions, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other maintenance-related duties to support continuous production.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems. Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort with reading measurements, following detailed instructions, and documenting work. Basic math skills and familiarity with control systems.
