Maintenance Technician – Apartments

Maintenance Technician – Apartments | $24–$26/hr + Full Benefits

Location:

Independence, OR (Riverplace Apartment Homes)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• $24–$28 per hour
• Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with match)

• Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime pay

• Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
• Turn units between residents
• Maintain common areas and property grounds
• Perform basic landscaping (mowing, trimming)
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with the property manager on priorities
• Occasional training at our central office
• Running errands for supervisors

• 1-2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred)
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Team player who can also work independently
