Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Club Manager  to oversee the seamless operations of our clubhouse and surrounding staycation villas in Khopoli. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a strong background in guest services, food and beverage (F&B) management, event management, and entertainment hosting.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Management:
Provide a warm, personalized guest experience from arrival to departure.
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Coordinate villa reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring high service standards.
Food & Beverage Operations:
Manage F&B services at the clubhouse, including menu planning, quality control, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with chefs and service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor F&B inventory and manage vendor relationships.
Facility Management:
Supervise the maintenance team to ensure the clubhouse and villas are well-maintained.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules for the clubhouse, villas, and common areas.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades.
Event Management & Entertainment:
Plan, organize, and host recreational activities and events for guests, including karaoke nights, game sessions, and themed parties.
Create engaging activity calendars for guests, ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.
Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth execution.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock and supplies for F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Implement efficient stock control and procurement procedures.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality and maintenance staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Foster a positive and energetic team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in club, resort, or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, guest management, and facility maintenance.
Experience in event planning, hosting, and entertainment (such as games, karaoke, or musical performances).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a remote, nature-centric environment.
