Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Candolim for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across the property. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, conducting quality checks, training team members, scheduling, ensuring the timely replenishment of supplies, and addressing guest requests related to housekeeping. The role requires maintaining high standards of service and supporting an efficient and welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or similar roles, with strong organizational and leadership abilities
Attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning practices, hygiene standards, and equipment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to manage staff and address guest concerns
Ability to create schedules, oversee supply inventory, and ensure staff efficiency
Commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Proficiency in using basic housekeeping software is an advantage
Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
