Duty Manager

Location: Panjim

Manage daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services
Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly
Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless hotel operations
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
Manage room inventory and maximize occupancy rates
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
Handle VIP guests and authorize special courtesies when appropriate
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
Monitor and balance daily financial transactions and reports
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all front office areas
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations
Promote upselling opportunities to enhance revenue
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest needs
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of local attractions and ability to provide concierge-level information to guests
