About the Role As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our property, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. You'll interact with travelers from across India and around the world, helping create a vibrant and welcoming community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities  Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Ensure a comfortable and memorable guest experience
Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams
Organize guest engagement activities and social events
Assist with bookings, room allocations, and administrative tasks
Foster a friendly, social, and inclusive hostel environment

What We're Looking For  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and confident personality
Basic computer proficiency
Flexibility to work rotational shifts
Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Passion for travel and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds
