Overview
A well-established  international professional services organization headquartered in the United Kingdom  is seeking to appoint a  Managing Director to lead its India operations .
The role represents a  strategic leadership opportunity  for an experienced executive to oversee and scale a large professional services operation while ensuring strong alignment with international governance and operational standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with global leadership to strengthen operational capability, enhance delivery performance, and lead a large team of professionals within India.

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for India operations.
Ensure high standards of  operational performance, governance, and service delivery .
Align local operations with  international business priorities and leadership expectations .
Lead and develop a senior leadership team overseeing multiple functional areas.
Maintain robust  financial oversight, compliance, and internal control frameworks .
Act as a key interface between India operations and global leadership.

Candidate Profile
The organization is seeking an accomplished leader with:
A  Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification .
Approximately  15–20 years of progressive leadership experience .
Proven experience leading  large professional or financial services teams .
Strong financial governance and operational management capabilities.
Experience working with  international organizations or cross-border teams .
High standards of  integrity, leadership, and stakeholder management .
