Oversee branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
Monitor team performance and drive business growth
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Manage financial and administrative functions of the branch
Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
Implement company policies and operational procedures
Ensure achievement of branch targets and performance goals
Salary
₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month
(Based on experience and skills)

Kochi, Kerala
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in branch or operations management
Strong people management and leadership capabilities
Sound understanding of finance, administration, and reporting
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
