Role Description

This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Vasai. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure productivity within the organization. Responsibilities include setting business objectives, implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing workflows, monitoring key performance metrics, and managing budgets. The individual will also oversee supplier and stakeholder relationships, identify areas of operational improvement, and foster a team-driven work culture aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

Leadership and managerial experience, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Operational and strategic planning expertise, with a proven ability to develop and execute business strategies
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial oversight
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to effectively manage supplier and stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in industry-specific tools and technologies; familiarity with manufacturing processes is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred)
Proven track record of meeting organizational goals and driving operational improvements
Experience in compliance, safety regulations, and maintaining workplace standards is a plus
