This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Maintenance Technician, located in Indialantic, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance on property equipment, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Additionally, you will undertake repairs and upkeep of the hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.

• Strong skills in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair
• Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Proficiency in industrial maintenance techniques and practices
• Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality or related industry is advantageous
