Workshop Manager Environmental Technology (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the technical and organizational management of the workshop in the area of environmental technology.

As a family-run Swiss construction machinery dealer, RUBAG is characterized by a 120-year tradition. Since 1904, we have been passionately selling, renting and repairing construction machinery, containers, trailers and small equipment and are committed to continuously developing our range - with the mission of meeting our customers' needs quickly and with individual solutions.

We are looking for a qualified, motivated team member at our location in Grellingen with immediate effect or by arrangement.

• Management and coordination of the workshop team
• Planning and organization of service assignments and support of customer orders
• Workshop administration, reporting and material orders
• Spare parts management for the workshop
• Repair and service work on water protection systems, fuel tanks and hazardous substance storage facilities

• Completed technical training (e.g. mechanic, commercial vehicle mechanic, power tool mechanic)
• Professional experience in the workshop area.
• Management experience or willingness to lead a team.
• You can communicate easily in German, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license with trailer (BE), forklift test an advantage.
• Experience in planning and coordinating service assignments.
• You think in a networked, solution- and customer-oriented way.
• You are known as a helpful, committed and flexible person who likes to lend a hand.
