• Execution of Breakdown maintenance of Process/Packing equipment on shortest possible time.
• Responsible for cGMP compliance on breakdown maintenance.
• Regularly executing the preventive maintenance as per the SAP HANA preventive maintenance schedule.
• Responsible for reviewing the record of filters cleaning of APU and Scrubber cleaning.
• Responsible for monthly breakdown data like MTTR, Reliability & MTBF.
• Responsible for follow-up with external agency regarding machine servicing and AMC.
• Responsible for coordinating with SAP team related to troubleshooting of PM and Breakdown.
• Raising and closing deviation, change control and CAPA related to Preventive and breakdown maintenance of engineering department in Track wise system.
• Responsible for preparation of SOPs, Forms and Annexures in EDMS software.
• Responsible for reconciliation of printed Forms from EDMS.
• Preparation and execution of qualification documents for new installed equipments as per SOP.
• Maintaining and coordinating ISO related work
• Timely completion of preventive maintenance as per the schedule generated in SAP HANA system.
• Ensure availability of all the critical spares related to process/packing machineries and to raise PR accordingly.
• Responsible for Material code creation as per requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining general discipline and safety in working areas.
• Machine modification and up-gradation work.
• Attending job assigned by senior, regular & apart from regular job.
