Service Technician - Indiana

Position Summary:

Provide technical support to Dexter products to distributor customers, service companies and end-user owners of Dexter equipment. Competencies Basic mechanical skills Reliable/dependable Commercial laundry industry knowledge a plus Attention to detail Sense of urgency Customer Service Skills Safety oriented

• Follow policies and procedures for Service Department and Technicians.
• Maintain an organized company vehicle.
• Communicate with customers to find solutions to their respective service and installation needs.
• Travel occasionally up to 75% of the time.
• Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills and experience needed for this position:
Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical industry required AA or Technical degree a plus

Work environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually light to moderate.

Required to pass a background, physical, drug and alcohol screenings. Authorization to work in the United States.
