You will supervise facility aspects at market level, perform monthly site visits, and develop maintenance schedules to keep cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration operating safely and efficiently. You will train managers and staff, conduct maintenance seminars, and provide detailed visit recaps to leaders.
