A paid training program, Earn between $23-$28 per hour while cleaning, mileage reimbursement, plus possible tips. Full time employment benefits available after 90 days and include:
Health, dental, and vision (we pay 50%), a retirement savings program with company match, PTO (2 weeks, and 3 weeks after 6 years), life insurance, and monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses. We clean as solos so provide an independent working environment. No nights, weekends, and we are closed on major holidays.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaner in the Greater Indianapolis area. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including residential and office cleaning, deep cleaning, tidying, and organizing. laundry if cleaning an Airbnb. Daily tasks involve vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, and ensuring a consistently clean and presentable environment. The role requires adherence to client-specific requests and maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness while using company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment.

We clean as solo's so we see individuals with a strong work ethic who work well independently, have good customer service skills, communicate in English and who enjoy cleaning and the satisfaction of a job well done.

• Competency in cleaning techniques such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Experience in organization and attention to detail when arranging spaces
• Ability to follow standards and procedures in cleaning efficiently and thoroughly
• Strong time management skills and the ability to complete tasks on schedule
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to address client-specific requests
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
• Access to reliable transportation to commute to various locations in the Greater Indianapolis area
• Previous professional cleaning experience and familiarity with cleaning products and safety guidelines are a plus
