Facilities Maintenance & Groundskeeper

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Keeper to help maintain the safety, appearance, and overall functionality of our facilities and surrounding grounds. This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime and on-call availability required to support operational needs and emergency situations. Travel, as needed, to our other company locations in Richmond, Lafayette, Lebanon, and Bloomington will also be required to ensure consistent facility standards across all sites.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our buildings and outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round. From supporting general facility upkeep to assisting with repairs and coordinating with subcontractors, you’ll help create an environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, responds proactively to maintenance needs, and is ready to step in when urgent situations arise.

The ideal Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Keeper will bring 5–7 years of hands-on experience in a commercial or light industrial environment, with demonstrated ability to maintain facilities, grounds, and equipment. A high school diploma is required, and a vocational or associate degree in a related field is preferred. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and responds proactively to both routine maintenance and emergency situations.
