Island Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of resort facilities;
Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed;
Inspect irrigation, playground area, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition and make minor repairs as needed;
Maintain resort streets, trash/debris pickup, and lawn care;
Assist Resort Manager with the supervision of service contractors
