Custodial Position-Afternoon Shift

PENDING BOARD APPROVAL WE WILL HAVE AN OPEN FT CUSTODIAL POSITION AFTERNOON SHIFT

Reports to:

Maintenance Supervisor

• a. 260 days per year
• b. 8 hours per day, over‑time eligible
• c. Calendar year, full‑time employment
• d. Benefit eligible

• a. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• b. Basic understanding of custodial needs
• c. Ability to communicate effectively with others
• d. Alternatives to the above requirements as determined by the administration

• a. Clean rooms in assigned area per cleaning chart provided by maintenance director
• b. Notify maintenance/custodial supervisor concerning needs for major repairs and/or modifications
• c. Take out and replace garbage cans, clean off tables, sweep floors
• d. Clean and sanitize areas in accordance with state and federal requirements
• e. Any other job duties as assigned by supervisors
