Assist with maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and presentable;
Troubleshoot and repair bathroom and kitchen equipment and general maintenance;
Replace light bulbs and perform routine upkeep of property;
Keep Maintenance Supervisor informed of issues and seek guidance as needed;
Multitask effectively while working with senior residents
