Job Description
* Be the first point of contact for facility-related concerns and questions
* Maintain contact with external vendors in relation to general facility maintenance
* Work in coordination with Maintenance Helpers/Cleaners
* Perform painting and clean-up projects
* Assisting departmental leadership plant-wide in the development of material and equipment storage solutions
* Assisting departmental leadership with housekeeping and departmental organization
* Strategizing with staff to accomplish refurbishment of common areas
* Ensuring a clean, safe, efficient work environment is available to all associates
* Being a critical member of the Visual Factory Management team
* Perform minor building maintenance tasks
* Accomplish preventive maintenance inspections related to facility support systems
* Responsible for other facility maintenance items as assigned
* Other duties as assigned
