In addition, it supports exterior and event‑related needs by maintaining the grounds, including trash removal, walkway and parking lot upkeep, and assisting with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow or ice management. The role involves setting up and resetting rooms for services, meetings, and events, assisting with tables, chairs, and basic equipment, and ensuring all spaces are cleaned and restored afterward.

The technician is responsible for identifying and reporting safety hazards, securing the building and equipment at the end of each shift, and following all safety protocols when using tools.
