Mechatronics Maintenance Tech II - Weekend Shift - Clayton

Overview

At GXO we are looking for a skilled Mechatronics Maintenance Technician II to support supply chain operations. The role focuses on maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment and ensuring reliable performance in a safe environment.

Weekend Shift: Saturday – Monday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm.

• Perform continuous operational checks of equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Repair and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts on equipment.
• Work at heights of up to 125 feet when required, including climbing ladders and operating in confined spaces.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling equipment of various weights.
• Operate hand tools, use safety gear such as gloves, earmuffs, and helmets.
• Work safely around electromagnetic fields produced by production equipment.

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience maintaining industrial electronic and electrical systems, including related coursework in industrial electronics, robotics or mechatronics.
• Ability to work at heights up to 125 feet above ground level and pass fall protection training.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of engineering science and technology and of design techniques and tools.
• Proficiency with computers and electronics.
• Knowledge of production processing.

• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or third‑party logistics (3PL) experience.
