Responsibilities
- Provide general labor maintenance skills to the DPW Operations Maintenance Section.
- Perform general labor functions commonly associated with City municipal work assignments.
- Assist with asphalt patching, crack sealing, concrete work, playground equipment repair, grounds keeping and other related duties.
- Assist with snow removal functions.
- Clean/wash equipment as needed.
- Operate small motorized equipment.
- Assist with the daily care and maintenance of tools and supplies.

QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.
May be required to perform manual tasks that require lifting and carrying of objects in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds or more.
A valid Indiana Driver's License is preferred.
OtherActions and decisions are controlled by standard operating policies of the Department and Division.
Work assignments are conveyed via supervision or crew leader.
