Job title: Housekeeping Associate
Pay rate: $16/hr.
Schedule: Mostly day shift rotating weekends. 10 hour shifts rotating shift. Latest they will work is midnight. There is no pay differential in shifts. Candidate can start as early as 6am. Overtime is available and sometimes mandatory. Seeking candidate who can work a flexible schedule.
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will operate safely within Cargill policy, procedures, and governmental regulations and fully participate in Cargill Safety programs. Perform critical daily housekeeping operations to keep the facility running. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include elevators, grounds, buildings, etc. Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors. Be an involved/engaged member of a team.
Ability to work outside in all types of weather, climb ladders, and work from heights. Ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment. Candidates need to know their primary job is to sweep and clean. Heavy lifting up to 55 lbs.
