You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As an Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d) at Joybuy, you are responsible for the timely and professional installation of various products directly at the customer. You ensure the highest service quality and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the adherence to our company standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Traveling to customer sites to perform installations of a wide range of products, including household appliances, electronics, charging stations, and possibly specialized technical devices
• Unpacking, assembling, configuring, and connecting products according to manufacturer instructions and  service protocols
• Conducting pre-installation checks to ensure product integrity and readiness for use at the customer's site
• Performing functional tests of installed products to ensure flawless operation
• Instructing customers on operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Diagnosing and resolving minor installation issues, or forwarding complex cases to the appropriate specialist departments
• Carefully documenting all assignments (including times, serial numbers, special features, or problems)
• Adhering to all safety regulations and best practices during work
• Properly disposing of packaging materials and ensuring a clean work environment at the customer's site
• Representing  in a professional and customer-oriented manner

Your profile includes:

• Completed training as an electrician or equivalent (electrical specialist)
• Completed school education (at least a primary or secondary school diploma); technical or commercial training is advantageous
• Proven experience in installation, assembly, or a comparable technical field
• High technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient handling of technical manuals, schematics, and assembly documents
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented behavior
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Physical stamina (lifting up to approximately 23 kg, working in various positions such as kneeling, crouching, standing for extended periods)
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Independent and reliable work ethic, along with good time management
• Willingness to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed by customers
