Responsibilities

Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms
Clean offices, hallways, entrances, and common areas
Follow company cleaning procedures and client expectations
Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
Maintain a professional appearance while representing Clean Team

Qualifications

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal transportation
Current automobile insurance
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
