Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment;
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and other facility-related issues;
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency repair requests;
Follow all safety procedures, infection prevention practices, and regulatory requirements;
Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and notify supervisor of needed materials
