Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment;
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and other facility-related issues;
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency repair requests;
Complete maintenance records, work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance documentation accurately and timely;
Follow all safety procedures, infection prevention practices, and regulatory requirements
