• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years required

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Assist with training for new and current employees.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Ensure the shift meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or questions.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1–2 years of experience required.
