Maintenance Lead I

Hamilton Grove is seeking a reliable Maintenance Lead I to help maintain our campus and create a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds (mowing, trimming, snow/debris removal)
• Perform routine and emergency repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
• Service heating and cooling systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and follow schedules
• Safely operate tools and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC certification preferred)
• General maintenance knowledge and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting
