General Maintenance 2nd Shift

Position Summary

Shift hours: 6PM – 2AM, Monday – Friday. Responsible for the general maintenance and repair of the facility and its systems.

• Perform general cleaning duties of facilities and grounds.
• Carry out maintenance duties as needed to keep facilities and grounds in good condition.
• Assist technicians in repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure personal and facility compliance with company requirements related to PSE, Hazmat, HIPAA, and other compliance items.
• Follow established federal, state, and company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Manager.

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematics knowledge (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to work safely with and around operating mechanical systems.
• Team‑orientated and collaborative.
• Reliable attendance record.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, and conveyors.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Previous maintenance experience required; previous warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Up to 33% lifting required, up to 75lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, walking, standing, and climbing.

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 – $28.46 per hour, based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
