As the senior level maintenance professional, the Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for instilling a culture of resilient and accountable performers; and must be a pacesetter for customer service and commitment to innovated industry ideas.

Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded). As Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor
, you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property. You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
