General Labor - Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused General Labor / Maintenance Associate to support warehouse operations and facility upkeep. This role involves a combination of seated assembly or inspection work, light general labor tasks, and basic maintenance responsibilities, including cleaning and servicing fire extinguishers and other facility equipment.

• Perform seated production, inspection, sorting, labeling, or light assembly tasks.
• Package and prepare materials for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse support activities as needed.

• Inspect, clean, and maintain fire extinguishers according to company procedures.
• Ensure fire extinguishers are free from dust, debris, and damage.
• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs.
• Assist with routine safety inspections.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support preventative maintenance programs throughout the facility.

• Previous warehouse, general labor, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed work.
• Ability to lift up to 30-40 pounds occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Frequent sitting throughout the shift.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning supplies and maintenance tools.
