Crawford Facility Maintenance Job Overview

The Associate will clean and maintain bathrooms, breakrooms and production areas.

Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm;
Overtime possible.

• Cleaning, sweeping, mopping
• Wiping surfaces down and sanitizing
• Stocking supplies
• Occasional use of a powered walk‑behind floor scrubber

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail

• Can lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
• Can stand or walk an entire shift (approx. 8–10hours) continuously
• Standing: continuously
• Walking: continuously
• Sitting: never
• Stooping (forward leaning): frequently
• Reaching/working overhead: frequently

• Starting rate $20.00
• Multiple performance reviews within the first two years, including potential wage increases
